Filing Fees
Register of Deeds Recording Fees pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §33-109
The filing fees for the Register of Deeds’ offices in the State of Nebraska will be as follows:
- $10.00 for the 1st page of the document
- $6.00 for each additional page of the document
- $14.00 for the 1st page and .50 cents for each additional page for UCC Financing Statements, Amendments or Continuations
- $1.50 for a certified copy of any instrument filed or recorded in the office
- EXCEPTION are the following which have NO FEE:
- Termination of Federal and State Tax Lien
- Termination of a UCC
- Recording instruments for DHHS pursuant to §68-990
